Twenty-eighth prompt, ready and waiting.
If you want to use the prompt, all I ask is that you include a link to this entry and a credit to me for the photograph, and that you post a link to your story in the comments box below so I can see what you’ve come up with! If you don’t comment on this entry, then I can’t comment on your story.
The twenty-eighth prompt is Oil Cans.
All photo prompts are my own photography – you can find more of it on Flickr. You can also buy my prints from Deviantart. 20% of all proceeds go to charity – the other 80% go towards my PhD fees!

I have a story kicking around in my head that could incorporate this picture… funny how that works, huh?

I love them! I won’t use it but I love old products like that.

Sorry, I just realised that comment possibly sounded horrendously rude.
What I meant to say was that it’s a gorgeous picture, and it’s a shame it’s unlikely I’ll get a chance to use it.

Susan – Well you know where to find it!
FAR – Sometimes the prompt just helps bring a pre-existing idea together.
Joely – Don’t worry, I knew what you meant!

Beautiful old cans! Who knew how many specialized lubricants Steve McQueen’s bar-wire jumper would require?
Harry says
*barb….Doh!
