David G Shrock says
I’ve always suspected the persons in the mirrors.
Icy Sedgwick says
That’s why you’re still here!
Helen A. Howell says
Best not to reflect on those reflections or they’ll be back! ^_^ (I want to know more about the mirror people)
Icy Sedgwick says
I might deal with them next week… *ponders*
Marc Nash says
so the yoga bunnies and yogurt knitters must be doing something right if the mirror people aren’t interested in them? I liked the idea of the mirror people, nice menace
Icy Sedgwick says
Yeah, I think they’re just so dull the mirror people can’t be bothered with them!
Chuck Allen says
Mirrors do seem a bit creepy. I’m sure I’ll shiver next time I look at one after reading this.
Icy Sedgwick says
Mirrors always freak me out!
Larry Kollar says
If you stare into the mirror long enough, the mirror stares back…
I wonder if the mirror people only go after those they know. A sort of network thing, unwittingly finding their own victims before they become one. (Does that make sense?)
Jon Jefferson says
Maybe the mirror people are the better ones to hang out with. The Professor is trying to save her from the mundanes.
D. Paul Angel says
I greatly enjoyed this. I am enough of a nerd that I did picture the Professor in the mirror as having a goatee, a la Spock in Mirror Mirror 🙂
On a critique note, I felt having her explain what was happening was unnecessary. It was already clear from your description and him holding out his hand. Just a thought 🙂

I imagine the narrator will now start wearing the same thing every day and whispering about mirror people while no one listens before she vanishes too. Nice work!
